enables or disables the remote communication time out feature.

The communication time out feature works for both the RS232 and the
GPIB interfaces. When the XMP 2600 is powered-up and the time out
feature was enabled when the XMP 2600 was last used, one of two things
may happen: if POR is enabled the T.O. counter starts immediately
following the retain operation. If POR is disabled the T.O. counter starts
following the first character received from the remote controller.
If the XMP 2600 is being reset using the front panel key combination
(DEL+LCL) then the time out feature will be disabled. All other reset
operations do not disable the time out feature.

SYNC <ch>,<int>
the number of the Power Module to be programmed.
the event that will cause the Power Module to
generate a Sync Pulse:
0 = output has settled to within 2% (of full scale)
of the SET limiting value (voltage or current).
1 = a trigger was received.
2 = a new SET value is programmed.
3 = never generate a Sync Pulse.

the number of the channel to be queried.

TOEN <int>
a value of "0" disables the feature and a value of "1"
to "5" enables it. When enabled, the time out counter
starts. The operation performed upon time out will
be:
0 = none.
1 = group (defined with TOGRP) shut down.
2 = recall from area 9.
3 = start the sequence program.
4 = store into area 8 then recall from area 9.
5 = store into area 8 then start the sequence program.
