You can set the field bus address of the CP system with the
two round address selector switches and DIL switch element
no. 1. The switches are numbered from 0...9. The arrow indi-
cates the tens or units figure of the set field bus address.
Summary of possible field bus addresses
Please note
Field bus addresses may only be assigned once per
PROFIBUS-DP interface.
Note possible limitations regarding the assignment of field
bus addresses with your DP master.
Recommendation:
Assign the field bus addresses in ascending order. Assign the
field bus addresses, if necessary, to suit the machine struc-
ture of your system.
