Diagnostics via LEDs

Display LEDs for diagnostics of the CPX terminal are available
on the CTEL master module and on the I-port devices.
The description of the display LEDs on the CTEL master mod-
ule can be found in section 1.3.
The significance of the LEDs on the I-port devices can be
found in the description of the respective module.
