Type Description
INFO Messages of this type informs the user about an event or
status change.
WARN- Messages of this type warns the user that system
ING performance will be impacted and/or stability/safety could
be compromised if no corrective action is taken.
ERROR Messages of this type alerts the user that system
performance or image quality (including no image) is visibly
impacted and/or stability/safety is compromised.
Only error and warning messages are enumerated in the troubleshooting list below.

Code E0000000: "Environment temperature too low" (Error)
Situation
Ambient temperature too low.
Code E0000001: "Environment temperature exceeded" (Error)
Situation
Ambient temperature too high.
Code E0000101: "Mainboard sensor temperature exceeded" (Error)
Situation
Main board is not sufficiently cooled.
Code E0000201: "Mainboard IMX temperature exceeded" (Error)
For this error the same troubleshooting table can be applied to as for code E0000101: "Mainboard sensor temperature exceeded".
Code E0000301: "Mainboard FPGA temperature exceeded" (Error)
For this error the same troubleshooting table can be applied to as for code E0000101: "Mainboard sensor temperature exceeded".
Code E0000401: "Mainboard Scaler FPGA temperature exceeded" (Error)

Make sure the projector operates within specs and make sure that the installation
requirements are fulfilled.

• Check airflow of the projector.
