20.3.6 Reassembly of radiator modules

Surface of DMD heatsink, Laser cluster copper surface must be properly cleaned before new pump is mounted. Use plastic item
and/or Isopropanol to remove old heat paste.
If Pumps are released for service purposes pump surface also needs to be cleaned,
1. Remove old thermal gasket using a plastic card or similar (no metallic items).
2. Clean copper surface with an optical cloth and Isopropanol or methylated spirit

3. Add new gasket to the copper surface of the new cooling pump, use a plastic card to make the new gasket stick properly.
4. Remove the thin plastic film from new gasket and mount cooling pump to the Laser cluster. Mount screws in diagonal order.
