Encoder Missing

The optical encoder on the pump motor in the quaternary pump is missing or
defective.
The processor checks the presence of the pump encoder connector every
2 seconds. If the connector is not detected by the processor, the error message
is generated.
Probable Causes
• Defective or disconnected pump encoder connector.
• Defective pump drive assembly.
Suggested Actions

Ensure the connector is clean, and seated correctly.
Exchange the pump drive assembly.
