4 Repairing the Pump

Removing the Pump Head Assembly

Never start the pump when the pump head is removed. This may damage the pump

Preparations for this
procedure
1 Remove the front cover.
2 Disconnect the Active Inlet Valve cable.
3 Using a 1/4 inch wrench remove the outlet capillary.
4 Disconnect the capillary from the Outlet Ball Valve.
5 Remove the waste tubing and disconnect the Active Inlet Valve tubing.
6 Remove the capillary at the bottom of the Pumphead.
7 Using a 4 mm hexagonal key, stepwise loosen the two Pumphead screws

Wrench 1/4 inch
4-mm hexagonal key
Switch off quaternary pump at the main power switch
and remove the Pumphead from the Pump Drive.
