Troubleshooting and Test Functions
Open Cover
The top foam has been removed.
The sensor on the LPM board detects when the top foam is in place. If the foam
is removed, the fan is switched off, and the error message is generated.
Probable Causes
• The top foam was removed during operation.
• Foam not activating the sensor.
• Sensor defective.
• Rear of the module is exposed to strong direct sunlight.
Suggested Actions

Replace the top foam.
Exchange the LPM board.
Ensure that the rear of module is not directly exposed to strong sunlight.
