The module rack is included as an integral part of the computer module, and is used to connect
up to two plug-in recorder modules.

Connections
The integral rack has connections to accept up to two plug in recorder modules, and an
additional connector for an HP M1276A remote recorder rack. Regardless of configuration, the
HP Component Central Monitor supports a maximum of two recorder modules.
Power. Supply
The module rack power supply provides the + 9V for the cooling fan, supplies the + 5V for the
decoding and addressing logic of the rack as well as the opto-couplers in the plug-in modules.
One secondary winding of the power supply transformer, provides the SYNC-Signal for the
individual power supplies of the plug-in modules.
