Removing and Replacing Components
Servicing the Display Module
To Remove the Video Connector Plate
(M1092A/M1094A)
Note This procedure applies only to the M1092A and M1094A displays.
The procedure for removing the Video Connector Plate is described in the following steps.
Step I
Unplug the connector from the video card.
Step 2
Using a socket driver, remove the four securing hex studs from the plate.
Step 3
lift the connector plate clear of the display.
To Replace the Video Connector Plate
The procedure for replacing the Video Connector Plate is described in the following steps.
Step 1
Locate the connector plate over the four holes.
Step 2
Using a socket driver replace the four securing hex studs.
Step 3
Re-connect the lead to the video board.
