Configuration
Mode
As shown in Figure 8-1, the Instrument Configuration Window provides the following softkey

Use this key to view the system fatal error log. The Status Log can
be viewed from all operating modes. In Service Mode, the Status Log
displays fatal and non-fatal errors.

chapter of this manual.
Use this key to set the date and time if your HP Component Central
Monitor is the primary time source on the system. (The date and time can
also be set in Monitoring Mode.)
Use this key to configure the beds to specific sectors.
Use this key to adjust ail general configuration settings, such as tuning
ranges, alarm and recording information.
Use this key to choose the format of the display.
Use this key to set up the customer default bed labels.
Use this key to configure arrhythmia monitoring information (used only
for systems equipped with arrhythmia monitoring).
Use this key to configure the hospital name on arrhythmia reports (used
only for systems equipped with arrhythmia monitoring).
Use this key to select wave colors on the display. These colors appear in
the Patient Window and are usually assigned to match the colors on the
bedside monitor.
