%ble 10-l gives you a checklist of periodic preventive maintenance procedures for the HP
Component Central Monitor. These procedures should be performed once a year (preferred
period) to ensure effective preventive maintenance. The checklist may be photocopied,
completed by the maintainer and filed for reference.

using, if required, the User Guide (p/n M2300-90021) and a
Patient Simulator (Neurodyne Nevada Inc Model 217A or
medSim 300 or similar)
o Cleaning procedures Perform the procedures detailed in the Cleaning section of this
chapter.
