Cleaning the BP Component Central Monitor
To Clean the Paper
Out Sensor
An optical sensor is used to detect when the recorder is out of paper. If an excessive amount
of dust or dirt particles builds up around the sensor, the recorder will "think" it is out of paper
even though this may not be the case. For this reason the sensor must be cleaned periodically.
Use a bottle of compressed air to clean the paper out sensor as shown in Figure 10-l.
