If you wish to switch on or off
(TTI)
A Use V V V V and W W W W of the scroll key
until the displayed setting is
correct.
If you wish to switch other options
(Personal Code or Page Count)
A Press V V V V of the scroll key until
the required option is shown.
Then enter the personal code
on page count.

Press the { { { { Yes} } } } key and the { { { { Func-
tion} } } } keys to finish.
Canceling a Polling
Transmission (Function 23)
This is how to cancel a file (reserva-
tion) which is received for the Polling
Transmission or the free polling.
Note
During the Polling Transmission,
the file is cancelled after the trans-
mission has finished.
A
Press the { { { { Function} } } } { { { { 2} } } } { { { { 3} } } } then
the { { { { Yes} } } } key.

Leaving a Document to Be Picked up by Others (Polling Transmission)
Note
Press W to obtain a list of all the
files and their number. If you al-
ready know the number of the
file to erase, enter it directly
from the ten key pad.

Press the { { { { Yes} } } } key.

CLEAR?
D
Press the { { { { Yes} } } } key again to erase
the file.
E
Press the { { { { Function} } } } key.
Note
To erase another file, go to step
B.

of the files, use this feature.

the { { { { Yes} } } } key.
