Programming the G4 Directory
Number 1
Program the
Number when you have two units
connected to the same line. Program
the number of the other as the Second
Directory Number. When a call
comes in, if the other unit is busy,
your machine will answer the call.
Limitation
You must register G4 Directory
Number 1. If unregistered, recep-
tion is not possible.

Press the { { { { Function} } } } { { { { 6} } } } then enter
the access code { { { { 2} } } } { { { { 2} } } } { { { { 2} } } } { { { { 2} } } } .
Then press { { { { 6} } } } { { { { 4} } } } and the { { { { Yes} } } }
keys.

If more than two numbers are as-
signed to one line, program the
second Directory Number 2 to be
able to receive faxes for both (Di-
rectory Number 1 and Directory
Number 2) numbers.
