Cause and solution

1 Too much power required
Insufficient cooling of the system
Ambient temperature too high in combination with the two pre-
vious points
2 Power supply unit incorrectly adjusted
3 Too little power in the power supply unit, voltage drop

6 Excessive load on individual coils of the motor module

Solution
Reduce the dynamics of the movers in order to reduce the
power consumption
Use external cooling

Use more brake resistors
