Removing and Replacing the Subpanel PCA Sensor Boards
Tools Required
— T-10 TORX driver (set to 9 in-lb)
— T-20 TORX driver (set to 21 in-lb)
— 5/16 inch open-end torque wrench (set to 10 in-lb)
— ESD grounding wrist strap
Removal Procedure
Be careful not to damage the center pins of the semirigid cables. Some
flexing of the cables is necessary to remove the assembly. However, do not
over-bend the semirigid cables.
1. Disconnect the power cord.
2. Remove the outer covers. Refer to

4. Disconnect the power switch cable from the power switch board. Refer to
5. Remove the front panel and set aside test set. For the location of the
6. Subpanel: Remove the cables for the port(s) that require the port sensor
7. Remove the screw securing the port sensor PCA to the subpanel. Refer to
Replacement Procedure
1. Reverse the order of the removal procedure.
