4.4 Using the DCS Realtime Control software in a control network
4.4.1 General overview
The control software allows the user to configure and manage the Commentary
Control Units and Commentary Units that are connected to the computer
through a network or directly through a serial port. In this section, the control
network mode will be described. The control of an unique CU will be described
in section 4.5.
The main screen is divided into a menu section (at the top of the screen), a
shortcut button section (beneath the menu), and a client section where all the
windows will appear (see fig. 4.4.1).
