Manual unloading
Description
The function block initiates a tool search. The T and Duplo numbers appearing in the loading
line (DW 2) of the magazine table are used as search keys. The tool search starts from the
loading magazine (defined via machine data, currently in DW 136 of DB 146). If the tool
searched for is not found in this magazine, the tool search is continued in the chained
magazines.
The tool found is output at the interface DB 146, DW 1 to DW 5. There the "Interface valid"
and "Unload location" bits are additionally set. The data of the tool to be unloaded are
displayed.
If the tool cannot be found, the corresponding error message is output.

Special features:
The flag bytes FY 201 to FY 205 are used for the internal parameter assignment in the
standard FBs. For interrupt processing, these flags must be saved by the user.
User acknowledgement: The dynamic softkey signal (F 234.1) must be assigned by the
user program to either the positive (F 237.1) or the negative user acknowledgement
(F 236.1) within the same cycle. The user acknowledgement may be present for only one
cycle (by logic operation with the dynamic softkey signal).
