Positive/negative acknowledgement of tape
Description
The function block is not started while the data distributor is entering data in the loading line;
otherwise an error message is output (DB 146, D 2.7 "Data distributor active").
There are two different user acknowledgements:
Positive acknowledgement (softkey)
The tool entered by the data distributor in the loading line is transferred to the loading point
providing an empty location of suitable size is positioned at the loading point.
A new D number is entered in the loading line, which is deleted by FB 128 after the data
transfer, and then removed. NC and PLC pointers are initialized.
The data distributor receives a positive acknowledgement (DB 146, D 1.2).
Negative acknowledgement (softkey)
The tool entered by the data distributor in the loading line is not transferred to the loading
point.
The loading line is deleted and an unassigned D number entered in the reference list. NC and
PLC pointers are assigned.
The data distributor is positively acknowledged (DB 146, D 1.2).
Special features:
• The flag bytes FY 201 to FY 205 are used for the internal parameter assignments of
standard FBs. These flags must be saved by the user during interrupt processing.
• User acknowledgement
Within the same cycle, the dynamic softkey signal for the"Positive acknowledgement"
softkey (F 234.7) and the "Negative acknowledgement" softkey (F 238.0) must be
assigned either to the positive user acknowledgement (F237.7 in the case of the "Positive
acknowledgement" softkey or F 241.0 in the case of the "Negative acknowledgement"
softkey) or to the negative user acknowledgement (F236.7 in the case of "Positive
acknowledgement" softkey or F 240.0 in the case of the "Negative acknowledgement"
softkey).
The user acknowledgement may be present for only one cycle (by logic operation with the
corresponding dynamic softkey signal).
