F Error
The error output is set for one cycle. The error number is entered in DB 134, DL 0.
Important: If the block is called several times in a PLC cycle (different job numbers),
the error word entered in DB 134/-DL must be saved immediately after the block call
with the error output set!
F-NR Error number
The error number is entered in DB 134, DL 0.
Program example:
The default values for tool life and prewarning limit are stored in the NC in the P memories
P10 and P11. The tool data are entered in the magazine table of magazine 2, location 10. The
tool life is measured in minutes (K=10). If the prewarning limit is to be evaluated or the tool to
be disabled immediately, the inputs "VWG" (I 3.1) and/or "SPER" (I 3.2) must be connected
correspondingly. If input I 3.0 (machining active) has a "high" signal, the tool life is counted
down. The part program runs in NC channel 1.
