The data distributor does not further route data words DW 32 and DW 33 of the dynamic
buffer. Instead, the data distributor calls FB 150 for the entry and FB 151 for the cancelling
of the relevant data for every cutting edge of a tool to be loaded and unloaded.
A flag interface both for source and target ensures that the user can route the data
correctly. This interface is defined as follows:
FY 245 = DB No. of the current dynamic buffer
FW 246 = DW No. of the current magazine location
DB 144 DW5 =
Error interface
DR5 =
Error no. for detailed error coding
D5.15 =
Error bit
If bit DB 144, D5.15 has been set in the user program FB 150, error 27 is
entered in the dynamic buffer and the tool data are deleted. The error can be
localized to a greater degree with the contents of DB 144, DR5.
These two function blocks must be generated and loaded by the user. The further routing
of the 32 bits from the dynamic buffer to the magazine table and vice versa is to be
implemented in these FBs by the user to suit the particular requirements.
User data
At present, the entry of user data (MD 2002) via the data distributor is supported only in the
following configuration:
Source = tape and no bit routing
The width of the user list specified via machine data MD 2002 is supported.
If the user data are not supported, the contents of the user list remain unchanged. In this case,
the user data can be entered via bit routing (FB 150, FB 151).
