Acknowledge manual loading/unloading
Description
This function block conducts the data transfer accompanying loading and unloading operations
at a magazine location. To do this, it evaluates the function flag (loading or unloading from
DB 144/DW 6)
If the function flag = "Loading":
The function block checks whether an empty location of suitable size is positioned at the
loading point in accordance with the tool size entered in the loading line (DW 2). If this is the
case, the data of the loading line is transferred to this location. All tools loaded are
replacement tools.
Since the loading line, as a source location, is deleted by FB 128 during the data transfer, a
new D number must be requested by the TO memory management, removed and then
entered in the reference list of the loading line. NC and PLC pointers are initialized.
If no locator number for a location of suitable size is available at the loading location, the
corresponding error message is output.
If the function flag = "Unloading":
A check is made whether the T and Duplo numbers entered in the loading line (DW 2) are
located at the loading point. If this is the case, the magazine location is deleted and the D
numbers of the reference list released. The loading line is also deleted. NC and PLC pointers
are initialized.
Special features:
• The flag bytes FY 201 to FY 205 are used for the internal parameter assignment of
standard FBs. These flags must be saved by the user during interrupt processing.
• User acknowledgement:
The dynamic softkey signal (F 234.3) must be assigned by the user program to either the
positive user acknowledgement (F 237.3) or negative user acknowledgement (F 236.3)
within the same cycle. The user acknowledgement may be present for only one cycle.
This is achieved by logic operation with the dynamic softkey signal.
