Softkey "MANUAL LOAD"
Provides display "Manual loading/unloading via loading point".
Search for empty location is initiated. The tool size entered in the loading line is referred to
when determining the size of the location to be searched for. The search for an empty location
starts from the loading magazine (defined in machine data, currently DW 136 of DB 146). If no
empty location is found in that magazine, the search for an empty location is continued in the
chained magazines. If an empty location has been found, a signal is output at the interface
(signals to user DW 2...DW 5 of DB 146) by the control bit "Load location".
Softkey "MANUAL UNLOAD"
Provides display "Manual loading/unloading via loading point".
Tool search is initiated. The T and Duplo number entered in the loading line are used as
search key. The tool search starts from the loading magazine. If the tool searched for is not
found in this magazine, the tool search is continued in the chained magazines. If a tool has
been found, a signal is output at the interface (signals to user DW 2...DW 5 of DB 146) by the
control bit "Load location". The data of the tool to be unloaded are displayed.
Softkey "LOAD FROM TAPE"
Provides display "Loading via tape".
Loading with operator guidance via tape is activated with this softkey. If the display "Loading
via tape" has been selected, the tape NC program can be started via an NC start. In the
display "Loading via tape", the tool data of the first cutting edge of the tool data block read in
are displayed.
These data can either be transferred or rejected depending on the acknowledgement given.
