Change tool data of magazine assignment
Description
The block selects the relevant tool data in accordance with the cursor position in the "Buffer
assignment" display and initializes the display parameters in the "Change tool data" display.
If the selected magazine is a fictitious magazine, processing is aborted and display of the next
menu is disabled and the corresponding error message output.
In case of an error, an interactive text is output together with an error message.
