Preselection magazine assignment
Description
FB 171 initializes the display magazine assignment with display parameters.
The block checks whether the location and magazine number of the preselection display are
valid and initializes the display parameters of the magazine assignment display.
If an error has been found, the call to the submenu display is interrupted and an interactive
text output together with an error message.
