Manual loading
Description
The function block initiates a search for an empty location; the tool size entered in the loading
line (DW 2) is used for the location size searched for. The search for an empty location starts
in the loading magazine (defined in machine data, currently DW 136 of DB 146). If no empty
location can be found in this magazine, the search for an empty location is continued in all
chained magazines (if available).
The empty location found is output at the interface DB 146, DW 1 to DW 5 and the "Interface
valid" und "Load location" bits are used.
If no empty location is found, the corresponding message is issued.

Special features:
• The flag bytes FY 201 to FY 209 are used for the internal parameter assignment in
standard FBs. For interrupt processing, these flags must be saved by the user.
• User acknowledgement: The dynamic softkey signal (F 234.0) must be routed by the user
program to either the positive (F 237.0) or negative user acknowledgement (F 236.0) within
the same cycle. The user acknowledgement may be present for only one cycle (by logic
operation with the dynamic softkey signal).
