Earthing points at the three-dimensional gantry

• Connect earthing point 1 (protective earth connection) with low impedance to the earth potential of
the system.
• Connect earthing point 2 of the X-module with low impedance to earthing point 3 of the Y-module.
• Connect earthing point 3 of the Y-module with low impedance to earthing point 4 at the moment
compensator.
• Connect earthing point 4 at the moment compensator with low impedance to earthing point 5 of the
Z-module.
• Connect attachment component with low impedance to earthing point 6.
