Battery charge level
The current battery charge level can only be displayed by connecting the battery charger and power supply to the
product.

Resolution
The battery charger and power supply
must be inspected by an authorised
Ottobock Service Centre.
Check whether the charging cable plug is
fully engaged on the battery charger.
The battery charger and power supply

Ottobock Service Centre.
Take note of the different beep signals to
identify the given charging state.
Upon connecting or disconnecting the
battery charger, a self-test is conducted
which is confirmed by beep signals.
When these beep signals are heard, the
battery is fully charged.
If no beep signals are heard, the connec­
tion to the product is interrupted.
If the connection to the product is inter­
rupted, an authorised Ottobock Service
Centre must inspect the product, battery
charger and power supply.
Resolution
• Restart the product by connecting and dis­
connecting the battery charger (up to three
times)
• If the error persists, the product must be
inspected by an authorised Ottobock Service
