EE-PROM is not reset
after the firmware
version is upgraded.

1. Check if the setting value of P1-73 is
too small.
2. Check if all connections are tight and
well-connected to the mechanical
equipment.

Check if communication circuit and
wiring connections of linear scale are not
correct.

Check if analog input voltage is too high.

Check if EE-PROM is reset after the
firmware version is upgraded.

setting value of P1-73.
2. Ensure all connections are
tight and well-connected to
the mechanical equipment.
