1. Gather Device Information

2. Connect to the Data I/O Web Site

3. Find Algorithm

Keep Current
Knowing the following information about the devices you will be
programming enables you to find the correct algorithm once connected.
Manufacturer (example: AMD)
Device name (example: 27c1024)
Package type (example: 48-pin PLCC)
Current version of the programmer software (example: 6.7)
The Data I/O Home Page is located at www.dataio.com. From the Home
Page, click Device Search.
From the Device Search application, enter a generally descriptive part
name in the "Device Part Number" field. For example, if searching for an
algorithm for an AMD 29LV160BT-E, begin with "LV160" (without " ").
Note: Searching with the full device name printed on top of the device may yield
poor results. Begin your search with general device names. If your search
returns too many devices, narrow your search by adding characters.
Select UniSite as the programmer for this search. Check "List devices
with Keep Current algorithms only." Click "Begin Search for Devices."
In the list of devices returned, locate the exact device and click the link in
the "Keep Current" column (example: KC6.6). The number following KC
indicates the system software version at which this algorithm was
released. Algorithms are designed to work with a specific version of
system software. For example, KC6.6 works on a UniSite-xpi with system
software version 6.6 installed.
System software and algorithm files are compatible if:
All digits to the left of the decimal point are the same, and
The first digit to the right of the decimal point is the same. (Any
additional digits, if present, do not have to match.):
