Use this command to install the system software and algorithm files on
the Mass Storage Module and configure your programmer to boot from
the MSM.
Note: (Legacy) This parameter appears only if an MSM is installed in UniSite.

Note: For information on how to set up an MSM, refer to Chapter 2, "Setup and
Installation."
To install system software and algorithm files, perform the following
steps.
Note: To update system software and algorithm files stored on the MSM, refer to
the directions in the User Notes and Update Instructions included in the
Software Update Kit.
1. Select the Mass Storage command.
2. Set the following fields, using the arrow keys to move from field and
pressing S to toggle the selected field:

Type Y if you want to install the new
version of software on the MSM (drives
H and I). Having files on the Mass
Storage Module will allow for faster
boot time (without a disk in drive A),
and faster device selection operations.
In order to install the new software, the
programmer must be booted from the
floppies of the version to be installed. If
this option is enabled, the field
Maintain Previous Configuration will
appear.
