Description
This is a Read Only command;
Displays machine signal
generator registers in the format
SG blk R value
Blk is one or more of four (4)
blocks specified by one hex
character; each bit is one of the
blocks
SG 0 = 1
SG 1 = 2
SG 2 = 4
SG 3 = 8
R = Register
C – Control
F – Frequency
L – Sweep Limit
R – Sweep Rate
S – Sweep Frequency
Value = 32 bit register value
Examples:
SG ? SG command Help
Sets modulation scaling to -1 *
whatever the current scaling is in
order to invert the spectrum
This is in addition to any changes
in modulation scaling factor. For
example, if a negative MS is
entered and then SI is enabled,
the spectrum result is non-
inverted.
Examples:
SI Show current setting
SI 0 Disable spectral inversion
SI 1 Enable spectral inversion
Report the serial number and part
number for the unit
