Motor Switch during Run
A command to switch motors was entered during run.
Possible Solutions
Change the operation pattern so the motor switch command is entered
while the drive is stopped.
MEMOBUS/Modbus Communication Test Mode Error
A digital input set to 67H (MEMOBUS/Modbus test) was closed while the drive was running.
Possible Solutions
Stop the drive and run the test again.
Transformer Temperature Fault
The temperature of the transformer has increased and has exceeded the protection level set to
L8-87.
Possible Solution
If the cooling airflow is inadequate, replace the cooling fan.
Clean the intake filter.
Check the parameter settings.
If the problem occurs at a low temperature, for example immediately after
applying power, contact Yaskawa or your nearest sales representative.
Undertorque Detection 1
Drive output current (or torque in OLV, CLV, AOLV/PM, CLV/PM) has fallen below the value
set to L6-02 for longer than the time set to L6-03.
Possible Solutions
Check parameters L6-02 and L6-03.
Check the status of the machine. Remove the cause of the fault.
Undertorque Detection 2
Drive output current (or torque in OLV, CLV, AOLV/PM, CLV/PM) has fallen below the value
set to L6-05 for longer than the time set to L6-06.
Possible Solutions
Check parameters L6-05 and L6-06.
Check the status of the machine. Remove the cause of the fault.
Mechanical Weakening Detection 2
The operation conditions matched the conditions set to L6-08.
Possible Solutions
Check the load side for any problems.
