Undervoltage
One of the following conditions occurred while the drive was operating (during voltage output):
• Voltage in the DC bus fell below the undervoltage detection level (L2-05)
• 2 kV class: Approx. 693 V
• 3 kV class: Approx. 940 V
• 4 kV class: Approx. 1188 V
• 6 kV class: Approx. 1188 V
• 11 kV class: Approx. 1188 V
• Check that the main circuit drive input power is wired incorrectly.
• Correct the wiring.
• Ensure there are not loose terminals
• Retighten the terminals to the tightening torques specified in this manual.
Gauges and Tightening Torques on page 91
• Check the voltage.
• Correct the voltage to be within the range listed in drive input power specifications.
• If there is no problem with the power supply to the main circuit, check for problems with the
main circuit breaker.
Correct the drive input power.
In-rush Prevention Circuit Error
A malfunction has occurred in the in-rush prevention circuit.
• Check the breaker maintenance period in U4-06 (in-rush prevention circuit breaker).
• Replace the breaker if it has reached the end of its service life, or has failed. Maintenance
settings are performed in o4-07.
• Check that there are no wiring breaks or miswirings in the control power wiring.
• Perform wiring correctly.
• Check that there are no wiring breaks or miswirings between the drive and the in-rush
prevention panel.
• Check that there are no errors in the drive contact outputs.
• Perform wiring correctly or replace the relay board.
Voltage Unbalance
The sum of the detected output voltages of the three phases exceeded the detection level for
longer than the stipulated time.
Check the insulation resistance of the motor. Replace the motor.
Check the motor cable. Remove the short circuit and reapply power.
Check the resistance between the motor cables and the ground terminal
Replace the cable.
Correct the wiring.
