YASKAWA ELECTRIC TOEP C710687 02B FSDrive-MV1000 Instructions
Cooling Fan Error (during backup fan selection)
A cooling fan error has been detected from the fan fault detection board (FFB) signal.
Possible Solutions
• Set the cooling fan ON/OFF control selection (L8-10) to 2, and confirm
whether the error occurs again after the reset operation.
• Check whether the cooling fan is operating or not.
• Replace the cooling fan according to the user's manual if it has come to
the end of its service life, or has failed.
• Check whether an error is displayed while all the cooling fans are in
operation.
• Replace the fan fault detection board. Contact Yaskawa or your nearest
sales representative on replacing the board.
Excessive PID Feedback
The PID feedback input is higher than the level set in b5-36 for longer than the time set in b5-37,
and b5-12 is set to 1 or 4.
Possible Solutions
Check parameters b5-36 and b5-37.
Correct the wiring.
Check the sensor and replace it if damaged.
Replace either the control board or the entire drive. For instructions on
replacing the control board, contact Yaskawa or your nearest sales
representative.
PID Feedback Loss
The PID feedback input was lower than the level set in b5-13 (PID Feedback Loss Detection
Level) for longer than the time set in b5-14 (PID Feedback Loss Detection Time).
Possible Solutions
Check parameters b5-13 and b5-14.
Correct the wiring.
Check the sensor and replace it if damaged.
Replace either the control board or the entire drive. For instructions on
replacing the control board, contact Yaskawa or your nearest sales
representative.
Input Overvoltage
The main circuit power supply voltage has exceeded the setting in L2-41 for longer than the time
set to L2-42.
Possible Solution
• Determine that an appropriate power supply is in use.
• Adjust the power supply voltage of the main circuit (for example,
changing the taps of the transformer).
• Change the setting of L2-41 to appropriate value.
• If detection is faulty, replace the isolation board, which detects the
power supply voltage of the main circuit, or the control board. For
instructions on replacing the control board, contact Yaskawa or your
nearest sales representative.
