MEMOBUS/Modbus Communication Error
Control data was not received correctly for two seconds.
• Check the various options available to minimize the effects of electrical
interference.
• Counteract electrical interference in the control circuit, main circuit, and
ground wiring.
• If the magnetic contactor is identified as a source of electrical
interference, install a surge protector to the MC coil.
• Use only recommended cables or other shielded line. Ground the shield
on the controller side or on the drive input power side.
• Separate all communication wiring from drive power lines. Install an
EMC noise filter to the drive input power supply.
Check the H5 parameter settings and the protocol setting in the controller
and ensure settings are compatible.
• Check the PLC
• Change the software settings in the PLC
• Set a longer CE detection time (H5-09)
Check the PLC and remove the cause of the error on the controller side.
Check the connector to make sure the cable has a signal. Replace the
communications cable.
Cannot Reset

• Ensure that a Run command has cannot be entered from the external
terminals or option during fault restart.
• Turn off the Run command.
Speed Deviation (for Control Mode with PG)

F1-10 for longer than the time in F1-11.
Reduce the load.
Increase acceleration and deceleration times (C1-01 to C1-08).
Check the machine.
Check the settings of parameters F1-10 and F1-11.
Ensure the brake releases properly.
