Vacuum toner from housing. use cleaning solvent t o remove
fused toner from bottom of module.
3ent stripper fingers cause feedout jams and
Fuser roll damage.
Contaminated wicks cause poor oiling and
damage t o fuser roll.
Replace damaged or conmtaminated stripper fingers.

Perform the Initialization Procedure for the Fuser Roll.

Too much or too little oil can cause media
handling problems.
Replace the oil pads.
If the fuser roll is dry, perform the Initialization Procedure
for the Fuser Roll.
Check I replace
ozone filter
Lack of air flow due t o clogged filters can
cause "light side" copy quality defects.
If the Charge voltage ( V , ) can't be achieved equally on both
sides of drum suspect a clogged ozone filter

remove filter,
and recheck- if your able t o obtain equal charge voltage
( V , )
replace filters
