This section lists and illustrates the replaceable parts of Henny Penny Model 500, 561
and 600 pressure fryers built after November 6, 2000. If your unit was built prior to that
date, some differences may exist. If you have any doubts, please contact your
distributor. As with all contacts to your distributor, include the model number and serial
number from the nameplate on your unit.
