Remove Side Panel and Rear
Cover
Inspect vat (frypot) for any signs of
leakage.
Inspect that the fryer sits level. In-
spect casters and ensure fryer frame
is not cracked or bent.

Inspect electrical cord and plug.
Inspect gas line, quick disconnect
and tether (600 only).
Perform a flue inspection (600 only).
Disassemble condensation box and
clean, seal seams w/silicone.
Rear of Fryer and front of the fryer -
Check that the condensation box
drain line, dead weight tube, pressure
release tubing is free and clear from
clogs. Also that each is not damaged
or leaking.

Verify the drain valve handle micro-
switch is in working condition.
Inspect that drain pan is empty, all
components present (filter screen,
clips, crumb catcher, standpipe, lid)
and it is assembled correctly.
Test filter pump motor to ensure
operation.
Drain oil to drain pan. Ensure no
drain obstructions.

Tighten heating element spreader
bars and high limit bracket (500 only).
Inspect temperature probe, verify it is
not bent or damaged. Check the in-
sertion depth of the probe with a
gauge – adjust if necessary.
Inspect Burner Jets (600 only).
OK
CLEAN
REPLACE
