Clean the condensation box and drain lines, removing all debris. Use a flexible wire
brush to remove debris from the condensation drain line.
Remove the fryer's rear cover.

Disconnect the deadweight tube (A).

Disconnect the condensation drain line (C).

Disconnect the plumbing from the pressure solenoid (B).

Remove the condensation box mounting screws.

Cut the silicone, which seals the rear cover.

Remove the six screws fastening the interior of the box to the exterior (D).

Remove any debris from the inside of the condensation box and clean.

Remove any debris in the condensation drain line (not shown) and in the

condensation drain outlet.
Slide assembly back together and seal with silicone.

Inspect that the plumbing from the dead weight valve and the pressure solenoid are
clean, and free from debris.
• During the lid locking safety inspection if pressure exceeded 14 psi, this would
indicate blockage in either the dead weight assembly or in the dead weight
plumbing.
