Correction
• Check cord and plug per
Electrical Components , page
• Check circuit breaker on single
phase fryers.
Release pressure from vat (frypot);
clean all pressure lines, exhaust
stacks.
Check and clean solenoid valve per
2.16 Pressure Regulation/Exhaust ,
page 44.
Place proper quantity of moist prod-
uct within vat (frypot) to generate
steam.
Clean exhaust line to stack.
Place proper quantity of moist prod-

Remove shipping spacer per Opera-
tor's Manual.
Close and latch lid.
Check and clean solenoid valve per

Check main timer per 2.15 Timing
Control , page 41.
Adjust lid limit stop; if this does not
correct the problem, reverse the lid
gasket; if this fails to correct the
problem, replace the lid gasket.
