[CNFG] : In <Graphic configuration> the user can specify the orientation of the "graphic" display and
which point, target or station, to set at the center of the display.
[DEF.] : Returns to the original orientation display.
[ZoomIn]: Zooms in.
[ZoomOut]:Zooms out.
