Replace all parts and panels before
operating.

1.
Open washer door, install basket stabilizer
tool, #518919, into the drum opening, this
tool keeps the basket centered and in
position while the trunnion is removed.
2.
Remove the back panel (See page 4-28).
3.
Use a pry board or bar to lift slightly on the
motor to release tension on the v-belts.
Remove v-belts while turning basket pulley

To remove the basket pulley, block it from
moving using the lever bar, #514759.
5.
Use a 24mm socket or wrench to remove
the M16x30 bolt in the center of the pulley.

6.
Insert the M16 center bolt, #518942, into
the threaded hole of the shaft in the center
of the pulley. First, tighten it by hand, then
tighten the bolt by wrench until just a few
threads are left showing on the bolt.
