Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
1.
Remove power from washer and wait 10
minutes before attempting any further steps.
2.
Remove the back panel (See page 4-28).
3.
Unplug the fan wiring harness.
4.
Press the two small clips and lift the fan
assembly out.
5.
The fan is available as a separate part.

ReMOve inveRTeR COOlinG Fan

nOTe: This is a 24VDC fan. If the fan were
to quit running the drive would run hotter
shortening the life of the drive. If the drive
runs too hot, it will shut itself down and
give a code. If that code is ignored and the
washer is still run with a failed or severely
blocked fan, it will shorten the life of the
inverter. Make sure the cooling fan and fins
are clean and the fan is working properly.
The cooling fan is the only replacement part
that can be ordered for the inverter. Some
of the larger washers have 2 cooling fans in
their inverters.
