MFS75/80, MFS95/100, MFS125:
The water distribution is the same as the
MFS50 models with one exception. YV3's
flush point is in the top of the external supply
manifold on the left side of the shell, behind
the supply box.
Note: References to right and left are when
viewed from in front of machine.
Water Filters
External water filters are supplied with each
machine. The filter is in pieces: body, cap,
and filter element -
stainless steel wire
screen. See Figure 2-6.

To inspect or clean the filter element:
1. Disconnect water to machine.
2. Remove the cap from filter.
3.
Remove filter element and clean.
4. Insert filter element and tighten cap.
Liquid Cheemical Supply Injection
Provision
Up to 8 external liquid supply signals may be
obtained from the machine.
Note: For about programming of external
liquid supplies, consult the Programming
and Operating Manual.
Signal current outputs are available for
triggering liquid supply injection systems to
the machine. Generally, these outputs are
available on terminal connectors (either X4
on MFS50 models, or X14 on larger models)
and it is recommended that the wiring
diagram that comes with the machine be
used as a guide for terminal identification
and wire numbers.
The signal voltage available for external
supplies is 208-240 volts A.C. and is limited
to a maximum current of 100 milliamps (1/10
amp). There is a pre-punched hole in the
back of the machine for connecting the
wiring from the external liquid supply
machine/s to the liquid supply terminal
connector. The hole is fitted with a plastic
plug from the factory.
If the control board is programmed for a
supply signal or flush, the signal will be
available at the external supply terminal for
the length of the time period in which the
supply is programmed. For example: If the
cycle is programmed to turn on supply 1 for
30 seconds, then a signal voltage of 208-240
volts will be available for 30 seconds on the
external supply terminal connector.
The connection for the liquid supplies is
made at a manifold that is located between
the supply box and the fill inlet to the shell
assembly. The manifold has 5 stainless steel
nipples (0.4 inch 0.D.) for connection of
liquid supply lines to the manifold. Holes are
pre-punched in the back of the machine to
allow the liquid supply lines to be routed into
the back of the machine. These holes are
fitted with plastic plugs from the factory.
DOOR ASSEMBLY
There are two types of loading doors used on
the MFS model machines. The door may be
removed from the door hinge or the hinge
assembly may be removed from the shell
front of the washer. In either case removal of
the mounting bolts is all that is required .
Before removing the loading door be sure
you Disconnect Power to the machine.
