Apply a continuous bead, about 1mm in
size, of Loctite® 5203™ around the outside
edge of the seal holder.

Align the holes of the seal plate with the
holes of the seal holder and lay the plate on
top of seal holder.
38.
Put a small bead of Loctite® 5203™
on the threads of each bolt as they are
reinstalled through the seal plate, into the
bearing housing. Tighten 6 seal plate bolts.

Remove and replace the counter-face ring
on the basket shaft (See page 6-8).
nOTe: Apply a thin layer of grease to the
bearing seats of the basket shaft before
reinstalling the trunnion. When lowering the
trunnion onto the basket shaft, make sure
the bearing seal surfaces avoid touching
any part of the basket shaft until the
beginning of the bearing seats.
40.
With two people, lift the back plate trunnion
assembly, guide it onto the basket shaft.
41.
Remove center bolt from the basket shaft,
if present.
42.
Place bearing support #518913 or
#518869 onto the center of the trunnion.
Place push bearing #514691 on top of the
bearing support.
43.
Install the threaded rod, #518912, into
the center threaded hole of the basket
shaft. Turn the tool until it is just finger tight.
Tighten the pushing nut up against the push
bearing.
