Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
1. Make sure all surfaces are clean.
2. Remove the center bolt #518940 from the
basket shaft.
3. Apply grease to the basket shaft on the
bearing seats and in between.

4. Install threaded rod #518912, without the
nut, into the center of the basket shaft.
Screw it in fully but not tightened.

5. Slide the trunnion onto the basket shaft.
Use the threaded rod to lift the basket shaft
and remove the wood block. Continue
holding the weight of the basket shaft and
slide the trunnion forward as far as possible
against the back of the drum, matching the
bolts to the holes in the trunnion.
6. Remove the threaded rod, #518912, from
the basket shaft. Replace the nut on
threaded rod.
7. Install push bearing tool #514691 and
bearing support #518914 onto threaded rod.
8. Thread the assembled pushing tool into the
hole of the basket shaft. The flat front side
of the bearing support must be facing the
bearing and support both bearing races, and
only the bearing races. Failure to do so will
damage the bearings.
