The login screen displays.
c. Enter the default username (manager) and password (friend).
Note
The user name and password are case sensitive.
d. Click OK on the login screen to log in.
The main web interface window is displayed.
4. If you choose to use the CLI management interface, perform the
following steps:
a. Open a command prompt window and type:
telnet <switchip> (where <switchip> is the IP address of the switch)
Note
The default switch IP address is 192.168.1.1.
b. At the login prompt, type the default username (manager) and
password (friend).
The switch will respond with "Managed switch configuration CLI
ready".
