Symptom: Air conditioning is not producing sufficient cooling (meaning that air temperature in the windrower cab,
measured at the louvered vent, can be maintained at 14°C [57°F] below ambient air temperature)
Compressor clutch slipping
Thermostat defective or improperly
adjusted
Clogged air filters
Heater circuit is open
Insufficient air circulation over
condenser coil; fins clogged with dirt
or insects
Evaporator fins clogged
Refrigerant low
Clogged expansion valve
Clogged receiver-drier
Excessive moisture in system

TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
Replace drive belt and/or tighten to
specifications.
Clean fresh air and recirculation filters.
Check all terminals for loose
connections; check wiring for
hidden breaks.
Check ground wire to see if loose,
broken, or disconnected.
